Purchase and Usage Report on the Workstation

(Maitre'D 2005, from Service Pack 1 and later versions of Maitre'D)

To give management powerful reporting on the workstation, we have supplied you with this 40 column Crystal 10 version of the Back-Office's Inventory Usage report to import so that it can be printed on the workstation printer.

Note: Crystal 10 is not compatible with Windows 98 or NT on the Main Server.

Maitre'D's Purchase and Usage report prints, for each inventory item, information such as units, purchases and sales for daily, weekly, period and monthly basis.

The report is now available through the POS in via the employee function, under Detailed Reports -> Inv. Purchase/Usage.

Note: Parts of this report may print in English regardless of the end-user's language.

You do not have to link this report through the Report Center. Instead copy these 2 files in the C:\Posera\MaitreD\Prg\rpt directory;

Report Timeout:

Enter the number of seconds for the workstation to wait for a reply when generating a Crystal report, to avoid monopolizing the Back-Office Report Center module for too long.
Note: 30 seconds is the recommended default.
