As you type, the search engine will first try to match the exact search string and if it finds no exact match, it will then find the first item, according to the current sort order, that includes that search string. For example, if you perform a search with the string "Shrimp", while sorted by Description, the system will bring to "=>Add Shrimp", the first item meeting that criteria.
