You can show the balance left for an A/R customer if the guest check
total exceeds the available amount. It then allows to apply that limit
to the receivable account and then close the balance of the check with
another media type.
Server Control / View / Options / Receivable
Print Balance:
Enable this option to include the currently available amount in the warning
message if over the Account Receivable limit.
