Manager Takeover

(Maitre'D 2003, and later versions of Maitre'D)
You can allow managers to temporarily take over a table opened by a server without having to exit from the table and re-enter in it.

P.O.S. Control / View / Options / Security

Manager Takeover:

Enabled.

P.O.S. Control / Screens / Screen Layout Setup / Command Setup, and/or
P.O.S. Control / Screens / Preferential Screen Setup / Command Setup, and/or
P.O.S. Control / Screens / Macro/CMD List Setup / CMD List

Command:

Make the Takeover / Release command available to the servers and managers.

1. On the Point-of-Sales, the Server touches the Takeover button. 2. The Manager enters his password.
3. The Manager voids items and touches the Release button. 4. The server can continue to order.
