Manager Takeover of Table accessed by Other Manager
(Maitre'D 8.00.000.057 and later versions of Maitre'D)
A second manager can temporarily take over a table originally opened
by a server, but currently accessed by another manager, without having
to exit from the table and re-enter in it.
