Micros 64 Setup

From the CMOS setup / Integrated Peripheral, make sure that settings are:

This unit is a serial elographic touch screen using COM2 for touch.
To make it work properly under Maitre'D, you will need to make the following changes:
  1. From Micros you received a network card driver (PCNTND. DOS ). You need to copy that driver under C:\Posera\MaitreD\Prg\posnet.
  2. From Micros, you must get Micros RCWSD.exe Application Services and copy that file under C:\ posera\maitred\prg\posnet.
  3. The default network card address and IRQ for this terminal is add. 6000 int. 15. You need to edit the C:\ posera\maitred\prg\posnet\Protocol.ini file with these parameters. Also on that protocol.ini file you need to change drivername= from MS2000$ to PCNTND$.
  4. In C:\ posera\maitred\prg\posnet\System.ini file, you need to change netcard= from ne2000. DOS to PCNTND. DOS .
  5. You need to modify the ELODEV configuration key and value in C:\Posera\MaitreD\Prg\AUTOELO.TX file. The line needs to be:
    6. lh ELODEV 2210,2,9600 -w180
  6. You need to add the following line as first line in C:\ posera\maitred\prg\AUTOELO.TX file.

The line needs to be:

A:\PCWSD.exe
After you made these changes, create a workstation disk as Elographic workstation type.
NOTE: After any update of the Maitre'D software, you will need to redo steps 1 to 6.
