This report show sales figures by revenue center. This reading shows sales information for a specific revenue center or the combined sales information for all revenue centers.

Reading by Revenue Center:

Enabled

From the FUNCTION button on the workstation, select the DETAILED REPORT menu and then the Reading by Revenue Center option. All available revenue centers will display. Select your preferred option.

Maitre'D's Reading by Revenue Center includes:

Name of your restaurant.
Date and time that the report was print.
Information regarding each division including net sales.
Net sales by category.
Number of customer, average sales/customer, and total net sales.
Service fees.
Taxes.
Discounts apply.
Net Sales
Total amount receives by media type.
Net deposit (total cash less Tips Due).
Number of meals.
