Payment Type Locked to Others for Folio on Media Reports
(Maitre'D 8.00.000.057 and later versions of Maitre'D)
Media types 24 and 25 are now locked to the Other Payment Type so that
they cannot be setup as credit or debit cards.

will print on media reports.
