Physical Printer on Workstation

(Maitre'D 2002, and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can change the physical printer output, from the workstation. This is useful for switching on the spot the remote printer output to accommodate a kitchen organization transition, where you can open or close a production line. This applies also to concentrate all printouts to designated printers during low operation hours.

From Manager menu select REDIRECT PRNTER

Select the printer you redirecting to.

P.O.S. Control / Employees / Configuration / Functions / Setup

Redirect Printer:

Enable this option to allow these employees to change the physical printer output, from the Point Of Sales.
