Report Centre / Report / Inventory
Maitre'D's sales preparation recipe report shows inventory items you produce
instead of buying. These are an inventory items with their own recipes.
From the report filter window, select the items to be included in the
report.
The following is a sample of the preparation recipe report:
Code:
The product code of the inventory item.
Description:
This is the complete description of the item.
Quantity:
The quantity of this item for this recipe (using the usage format).
Unit:
The usage formats for this unit.
Unit Cost:
The price of a single unit.
Cost:
The price of the quantity needed.
Total:
The complete price of that recipe.
Portion:
The quantity of this item for this recipe (using the inventory format).
