It can happen that a check previously closed needs to be re-opened,
to apply a discount or add items to it.
Under fast-food environment
From the status screen, when touch the check number, you can print or re-open
that check.
Other check
When using the Manager Menu functions, you can re-open a check by entering
the last four digits of the check number. You can add or remove items,
apply discounts or delete the previously closed checks by removing all
items.
Note: The Re-open Check function automatically closes a second negative
equivalent check to Cash, and recreates a third check equivalent to the
original one. If the first check was not settled with cash, you also need
to modify the check to the same media type.
