Managers can modify the Printout#1 to #9 fields of each individual item from the workstation. This is useful in restaurant where managers do not have access to modify the sales items from the Back-Office, but need to be able to redirect individual items to different Logical Printers.
In the Manager Menu, touch the Sales Item Printout button.
Touch a Revenue Center.
Touch a Mode.
The order area displays that you are in Printout function. Touch the Sales Item.
Touch the Printout to modify.
Choose the new Logical Printer to use.
The Printout has been redirected to the chosen Logical Printer.
