Server Reading

Financial Report:

Disable this option to get the regular Server Reading report.

Maitre'D's Server Reading report includes:

• Name of your restaurant.
• Date and time that the report was print.
• Server number and server name.
• Information regarding each division including net sales (optional).
• Net sales by category (optional).
• Net sales by P.O.S. employee function.
• Number of customer, average sales/customer, and total net sales.
• Number of tables, average sales/table, and table turn over.
• Time that the first order was send.
• Taxes.
• Discounts apply.
• Total amount receives by media type.
• Net deposit (total cash less Tips Due - optional).
• Void summary.
• Number of meals and total value regarding total net sales.
• Number of evaluation sheet that have been print for that server (optional).
• Detailed report of all check that have been collect by the server (optional).
• Open Table if there are any when the reading was printed.
