Maitre'D TEFRA by department report gives information regarding the credit
card sales, credit card tips, other net sales and other tips for each
employee, as well as a total by department and for the whole restaurant.
This report is used to ensure that employees are claiming the tips required
by the law. This report is sorted by server code from the P.O.S. Control
module. From the report filter window, select the dates, departments,
tasks and employees to be included in the report.
Note: Maitre'D does not report employee
under training. (TEFRA stands for Tax Equity
and Fiscal Responsibility Act)
