In an environment where the Hostess can order, a Table Transfer function
is available on the Hostess screen to easily manage table transfer when
the customer decide to change table just after you assign them to a table.
This operation will print a chit in the kitchen to notify the food runners
so that they are aware of the change. To setup where the kitchen chit
will print, go to P.O.S. Control / Workstation / Options and choose the
proper Physical Printer, within the Kitchen Admin. selection drop-down
list.
1. Touch the Table Transfer button.
2. Touch the original table followed by the new table, then touch OK.
3. The customer is now on the new table.
