You can print on the employees readings the calculation between the
cash received and the tips left on credit cards that leads to the Net
Deposit amount to be handed in.
Otherwise, the calculation is not printed, and the Cash line prints
the amount to deposit.
Note: If no tip was left on any credit card, only the Cash line will
be printed.
