To give management powerful reporting on the workstation, we have supplied
you with this 40 column Crystal
10 version of the Back-Office's P.O.S. Control Voids report
to import so that it can be printed on the workstation printer.
Note: Crystal 10 is not compatible with Windows 98 or NT on the
Main Server.
Maitre'D Voids report prints a list of all the voids for the selected
time period per employee.
The report is now available through the POS in a 40 column format via
the employee function, under Detailed Reports -> "Void Report
on WS".
Below is an example of the Voids report:
Note: Parts of this report may print in English regardless of the end-user's
language.
You do not have to link this report through the Report Center. Instead
copy these 2 files in the C:\Posera\MaitreD\Prg\rpt directory;

RptSetup.old
Server Control / File / Stop Server
Report Center / File / Exit

Report Timeout:
Enter the number of seconds for the workstation to wait for a reply when
generating a Crystal report, to avoid monopolizing the Back-Office Report
Center module for too long.
