You can use Volume Modifier for liquor by setting a modifier's function
to Price Rolled Up instead.
On the workstation, when the bar modifier is chosen, the percentage
is added to the main item's price.
To enable the replacement of the Tare option by the Volume Modifier
option in such a case, under the C:\Posera\MaitreD\Data directory, in
the [Miscellaneous] section of the Bo.ini file, add the following configuration
key and value:
VolumeModifier=True

Prices
Set to a fictitious value of 1 penny, to make the Price Rolled Up modifier
available.

In such a case, the Tare option is renamed:

This value represents a percentage used to add to the main item's price.
