Waste Scale Item

(Maitre'D 2003, from Service Pack 2 and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can perform a Waste Item operation on the workstation even for Sales Items whose function is set to "Scale", in which case the input is taken from a scale attached to the workstation or from the on screen keypad.

Note: You need to have the Scale interface to access the weight function.

In the Manager Menu, touch the Waste Item button.

In the Order Screen, select the Weighted Item.

Enter the weight lost.

Touch OK.
