You can waste sale items from the workstation for sites that do not
use the inventory module. These will appear on the Sale Items Waste History
report. This is useful to differentiate between voided items that were
returned or never taken from the kitchen and wasted items that were thrown
out.
Highlight the previously ordered item, and touch the Waste Sale Item
button.
Note: This negative item will also appear on the Order Report.

Command:
Choose the Waste Sale Item command under the Check Commands type to
allow employees to remove a sales item in a restaurant that does not use
the inventory module.
Note: This is not to be confused with the Item Waste command, that
is used with the Inventory Management module.
