You can print the Accounts Receivable Customer Name on shared printers.
To make this option available, within the Other Commands type, choose the
following Command:
AR Customer Name on Kitchen Chit
On the Order screen, the employee can touch the Customer Name button,
and select the appropriate Account Name out of the Accounts Receivable
list.
On the Account Number screen, the employee can type in the proper number,..
...or touch the Enter button and the Customer Name button, and select the
appropriate Account Name out of the Accounts Receivable list.
On the Order screen, the Account Name is displayed, and is printed on the
order chit in the kitchen or at the bar.
Note: You still need to select the proper account when settling through
the Payment screen.
On the Account Number screen, the employee can type in the proper number,..
...or touch the Enter button and the Customer Name button, and select the
appropriate Account Name out of the Accounts Receivable list.
On the Order screen, the Account Name is displayed, and is printed on the
order chit in the kitchen or at the bar.
