You can ask for a confirmation for all clients when putting a Course on
Hold for one client on table where multiple clients have items separated
by courses.
Course Confirmation:
Enable the following option to prompt for "All Clients" when
putting items on Hold.
Note: The Fire and Hold options above must also be enabled.
