In addition to the server Login screen, the pre-order routine of the workstation
also polls at the prompt for the table number screen, at the cashier's
check number screen, at the hostess' floor plan screen, at the delivery's
phone number screen, and at the table zero order screen, if no item is
selected yet.
To disable this option, under the POSERA\MAITRED\DATA directory, in the
Pos??.ini file of the workstation chosen in the Pre-Order options, add
the following configuration key and value:
