Improve Update of Custom Reports on other Servers

(Maitre'D 2003, from Service Pack 5 and later versions of Maitre'D)

We improved the synchronization of custom reports to be automatically updated on the Auxiliary Terminal and Emergency Backup PCs when they are added or modified on the Main Back-Office Server.
