(Maitre'D 2005, from Service Pack 1 and later versions of Maitre'D)
You can print coupons as labels to stick on takeout packages. In addition
to the order number, each coupon includes the current and total item count,
based on the number of main items ordered, to verify if all packages are
present. If two packages show "1 of 3" and "3 of 3",
you need to get the "2 of 3" item to complete this order before
handing it to the customer.

Label:
Enable this option to print orders in this sticker layout.
Note: The printer we used was the EPSON TM-L90 Label Printer. It has
the advantage of detecting and skipping the space between labels. However,
this thermal paper might not be suited for all packages, as it will darken
seconds after being stuck on hot packages, and become unreadable.

If you do use the EPSON TM-T90 Predefined Type, change the content of
the Bar Code fields to these values.
Bar Code Start:

Bar Code End:
1C284C02804332
Other options
For best output we also recommend the following additional settings;
P.O.S. Control / View / Options / Configuration / POS
Items without Quantity:
Enable this option so that each similar item is on its own line on screen.
This makes it easier to match labels on packages with on screen orders,
if a package is missing.
P.O.S. Control / Workstation / Logical Printer
Separate Order:
Enable this option so that each different item is printed on its own
individual label.
P.O.S. Control / Revenue Center / Options / Options / Kitchen
Compilation:
Enable this option to avoid printing the client number on the first
coupon of each customer.
Modifier On Same Line:
Enable this option so that modifiers can fit on labels in as few lines
as possible.
Note: If all modifiers do not fit on the same short label, they will
be printed on the next label.
P.O.S. Control / Revenue Center / Item Setup / Configuration / Printing
Enlarged:
Enabled for Sales Items.
Disabled for Modifiers, to make labels easier to read.
Note: Since From Maitre'D 2005, Service Pack 2 you could also use the
Enlarge option on Modifiers with the Modifier On Same Line option.
You can also print coupons as labels to stick on Delivery packages.
In addition to the order number and the item counts, to verify if the
order is complete before leaving with it, the labels will also show the
Delivery number. Delivery 2 coupons will include the client address and
name, as well as check total and number.
