Multiple Gift Cards Activation

(Maitre'D 2003, from Service Pack 8 and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can allow for multiple Gift Card activations before asking for the payment type, to be able to use the same EFT Credit Card.

Server Control / View / Options / Gift Certificate / Option

Multiple Activation:

Enable this option: to accept many Gift Cards on the same media.

Note: In Maitre'D 2003, to track these folios, add the following configuration key and value in the POS.INI files of all workstations:

MultiGCActivation=False

Note: This removes the ability to track the activated folios in the Back-Office.
