specific time and date set for preparation time. During the process of
adding a delivery pre-order, Maitre'D asks for a time and date to prepare
the order. Maitre'D uses that entry to fire the order to the kitchen at
the appropriate time.
Define which server on which workstation is responsible to send the order
to the kitchen when the preparation time is reached.
