Time and Attendance / View / Options / Schedule
You can display a warning to supervisors minutes before an employee is
scheduled to punch out. This is useful for the manager to make sure that
the employee's remaining tasks are taken care of without keeping the employee
longer then scheduled for.
To activate this warning, enable the following option:
Use Schedule
Enter the number of minutes in this field:
Scheduled Clock Out Warning Delay
Note: The warning is generated by the message center engine,
and reads "Employees scheduled to clock out: ..." but comes from
System Configuration / File / Prompt Editor / bosrv.
You must also enter begin and End times for your employees in
Time and Attendance / File / Employee / Schedule
