When you modify the data, you do so by restaurant sets, but you can group restaurant sets in set categories. This means that each restaurant set that is sharing the same price structure, taxes and all other features can be grouped under the same larger category. With this grouping, you can modify all the included restaurant sets by modifying only a set category. Instead of modifying all restaurant sets one at the time, you can modify the set category and your changes will affect each store the exact same way.
