• How do we proceed to deactivate a Maitre'D License?

You need to call us to get a special "F9" password to un-install a license.

• How can I add more then 30 restaurants at the corporate office?

The number of restaurants that you can display is controlled by License Rights. Purchase a Corporate Communication Server License for 31 restaurants or more.

• Can we change the TCP/IP Port in Server Control / View / Options / Advanced from 1001 to another value without any adverse affects on the Maitre'D operation?

Yes, but the port used should be requested from the IT manager of that network, as well as the following TCP/IP port, because Maitre'D uses both the port setup in that field (for example 1501) and the following port (1502, in this example). Do not forget to redo all workstations' data after you change these settings.
