You can skip the External Sales coming in XML format using the Order function
in the drive-thru order's sequence, for locations where they are automatically
processed by the Delivery module.
To skip these XML orders, under the Data directory, in the [Miscellaneous]
section of the Bo.ini file, add the following configuration key and value:
