Maitre'D supports Pocket PCs running under Windows CE as standard
workstations. This type of device allows the server to take the customer
order directly at the table and using wireless network devices, communicate
in real time to the rest of the Maitre'D network, printing on remote printers,
coupons and invoices.
Note: Windows Mobile in NOT supported. In Maitre'D 2005 and above,
64 Mb of Memory is required.
In Maitre'D 2002 and 2003, 32 Mb of Memory is required, but 64 Mb is recommended.
Note: To modify Handheld templates, in the PRG folder, rename wscreen.prg
to wscreenB.prg, for example, and rename wscreenS.prg to wscreen.prg.
Start the Screen Designer, and modify the Small Screen templates for the
Pocket PC. When done, rename wscreen.prg to wscreens.prg again, as well
as wscreenL.prg to wscreen.prg
