Use Username Login:
This option is enabled by default and forces the usage of a User Name
in addition to a Password to access the Maitre'D Back-Office.
Note: You can disable this option on a Demonstrator license to use
the legacy password only Login method, but this option MUST be enabled
on any site using Electronic Funds Transfer to remain CISP Compliant.
An Access.Log file is kept in the C:\Posera\MaitreD\Prg directory to
record the Login and Logout of different users in the Back-Office's modules.
