Volume Modifier

(Maitre'D 2005, from Service Pack 1 and later versions of Maitre'D)

You can use Volume Modifier for liquor by setting a modifier's function to Price Rolled Up instead.

When a bar modifier is chosen, for example, the percentage is added to the main item's price.

To enable the replacement of the Tare option by the Volume Modifier option in such a case, enable the following option:
