The Distributors section contains the following subsections:
Orders and Licensing
Sales and Marketing
Training and Event
Support
Announcements
Let's first look at the Orders and Licensing section.
This subsection is divided into two features:
License Activation: This tool allows activating Key Code of previously ordered Licenses, and is explained in depth in the Web Key Code Activation technical note of our knowledge base.
Order Online: This tool allows Purchase Managers to enter Purchase Orders for Licenses and marketing material, and to request additions on existing licenses, in easy to follow steps.
This subsection is divided into three features:
Booth Loan: Fill in this form to inquire about the possibility of loaning an available Maitre'D booth for an upcoming trade show, at your expense for shipping it to you and back.
Marketing Collateral: Resources that you can download to support your marketing efforts.
Conference Documentation: Documentation presented at our annual conference.
This subsection is divided into two features:
Download Training Files: Basic and advanced documentation to train your employees and customers.
Schedule of Training Courses and Events: List of all upcoming training classes and events with dates, summary of content and registration instructions.
This subsection is divided into six features:
Support Cases: This communication tool allows logging a case with Posera's support team straight into our CRM from the internet instead of phoning it in. The author of a given case and all employees of the same distributor can then follow its progress and append additional information.
To enter a new issue, click on Create A New Case.
After creating a case, an email containing its Reference ID and a direct link to the update page is sent to the creator.
To provide additional information garnered after the initial case entry, click on Update Case.
After the case is assigned to a Posera support technician, an email is sent to that tech whenever the distributor updates the case.
The other five features of the Support subsection are:
F8 Password: This tool allows accessing a Back-Office for which you have forgotten the distributor password. On the Back-Office login screen, click within the password field, and hit the F8 key. Enter the License in the Serial Number field and the resulting hexadecimal number in the Code field on this page of the web site, which will generate another hexadecimal password to access the MaitreāD Back-Office.
Software and Documentation: Downloads of Maitre'D and CVM software and documentation.
License Activation: This is a shortcut to the same tool available in the Orders and Licensing subsection, and is explained in depth in the Web Key Code Activation technical note of our knowledge base.
Forums: The Maitre'D forums are made for (and fed only by) our experienced distributors to work together and share a wealth of very informative knowledge, thus improving their service and support through these valuable contributions. If you are looking for information on the competition, a demo database, references, or technical information, this is a great place to ask others who have faced the same challenges.
Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base includes Technical Notes on software improvements since Maitre'D 2000. It does not include basic features dating back from Maitre'D 1999. Refer to the Basic Training and to the Contextual Help for information on these basic options.
This subsection displays News and Events not broadcast to the general public, but only to distributors.
