Distributors Web Site Section

Selected Posera distributors' employees have access to the secure Distributors section of our website. This was developed so that you can use many useful tools and documents on your own, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These features will be described in this document.
 
To access the Distributors section, you will first need to be registered in Posera's CRM. If your email address and password is not listed in our system, have your manager send an email to our support department at support@posera.com stating that you are an employee of your company that they wish to register for access to the Distributors section of our web site. Only emails originating from a known manager's address will be processed.
 
Please note that before your new access can be used, you will need to allow up to 5 business days for Posera to create the corresponding new record in our user database. After this one week delay has passed, your manager will need to identify your individual user's profile as active and grant access to various features via our web site, as described later.
 
Only after these steps can you go to the Distributor's Login page where you will be able to use your previously created and approved profile to access the secure Distributors section.
 
It is important to understand that some functions done using a user profile are permanent and that only authorized employees of your company can use these features. For security reasons, employees must not exchange password information.

On the Distributors Login page, enter your email address and password for our web site, and click on "Login".

Note: Support cases submitted over the phone to one of our support agent will not appear online.

To enter a new issue, click on Create A New Case.

After creating a case, an email containing its Reference ID and a direct link to the update page is sent to the creator.

To provide additional information garnered after the initial case entry, click on Update Case.

After the case is assigned to a Posera support technician, an email is sent to that tech whenever the distributor updates the case.

This page allows you to change your password to a new one containing at least 5 characters

Since a separate login is required to access the forums on our legacy platform, to avoid always having to login to these forums, you can save your forum user name and password within your profile.

This configuration tool allows on Manager per Company to modify information about the Distributor.
This information is divided into two tables:

Home > Company > Employees

This page displays the Profiles and Distributor's section accesses of all your employees listed in Posera's CRM.

Note: To Add en Employee, contact Posera as described in the introduction.
Former
Employees cannot be Removed, but made Inactive, as described next.

A drop-down list allows filtering the employees by Active or Inactive Status.
Click on employees' names to access and modify their profiles.

Note: The Company Manager always has all accesses enabled. If a Distributor changes Manager, the Owner has to contact the Regional Sales Manager so that Posera can give management privileges to another employee in our CRM.
