Legacy Employee Cards

(Maitre'D 1999 and later versions of Maitre'D)

It is possible to use legacy employee cards. The system will look for the P.O.S. employee number associated with that card and verify the password. Make sure that you are using a unique card number with the corresponding password because the system will verify if these match in the employee database.

Note: You can NOT use Biometrics devices and magnetic cards for employees on the same system.

Here is the Legacy employee card structure.
Cards must be burned on track 2, following this format:

;<=0017598400000=>00000000000000000000?

Where as:
001
is the unique employee number between 001 and 200
        (this is the employee number from POS Control, with 3 digits)
75984
can be any number between 00001 and 99999
        (this is the employee password from POS Control, with 5 digits)
00000
must be at the end.

Note: Legacy cards can no longer be purchased through Posera, that sell Unassigned Waiter Cards instead.
